These are the higher principles that guide our management, our skills and competences, and our value creation, and allow us to offer our customers high levels of benefit and secure sustainable success for our company.
Our most outstanding strengths are our flexibility and reliability. In the course of our business activities, extending over a period of more than 40 years, we have developed into a strong partner in plant construction. Based on our experience, we can now take advantage of standardised structures, processes and product configurations. To meet the individual needs of our customers, we have built a flexible, modular range of services on this solid foundation, services that enable us to cover a broad spectrum of scopes of delivery with technically accomplished solutions. Our process, quality and project management is geared to the specific business environment and ensures our business success through efficient practices. With the current evolution towards the digital industrial age, data management is taking its place alongside proven management approaches, again presenting us with new challenges. We are confident that with our strengths, we are well equipped to further expand our skills and competences.
Because our business activities are predominantly associated with special-purpose machine construction, our processes are more complex than in mass production. Starting with the product development process, and from the material procurement process, production process and distribution process to the after-sales process, we are faced with very specific challenges in process management. We currently meet these challenges with a manageable company size of around 70 employees within the network of a group of companies with a large international presence.
The competence of our organisation is underpinned by people, resources, processes and structures and assured by sustainable management. Our quality management, which is geared towards continuous improvement, contributes to our sustainability. Our quality assurance system is consistent, with process safety as its most important goal.
We do not only work on internal projects. Our competence in project management also extends to supporting customers with project work using state-of-the-art project management methods. We provide advice and support to many projects over several years, maintaining close relationships with our customers. The standard approach to tackling new, increasingly complex challenges coupled with the growing pressure in international project business makes RKR confident about the future – safe in the knowledge that it is well prepared for it.
